Kumihimo I with Marybeth Long

Using colorful satin cords, create your own bracelet using the Japanese technique of braiding. A great activity to share with your grandchildren! Kumihimo means "gathered threads." This technique of Japanese braiding has been around for 1500 years and used to create belts for ceremonial robes and samurai armour.

Enrollment fee is $25, payable in advance. Supply fee is $15, payable the day of class in cash or check to instructor Marybeth Long.

Class will be held in the Harbour View Gallery Conference Room on the second floor. Use the elevator by the restrooms.
