Harbour View Gallery Supports Iwo Jima Restoration

Habour View Gallery is joining community efforts to restore the Iwo Jima statue located in Eco Park, Cape Coral. Gallery members will donate a portion of their July 1 – July 4 sales to the project, which is being coordinated by the Cape Coral Community Foundation.
The gallery is owned by seven local artists working in a variety of media. Photographer John Swank of Fort Myers will introduce a new work showing the Iwo Jima memorial merged with a flag background, as well as a collection of eagle and flag photographs.
The gallery is located in Cape Harbour, which is celebrating America's red, white and blue Independence Day holiday by hosting the "Great American Picnic" July 4th from 11 am until 3 pm on the Marina at Cape Harbour.
A video showing the statue can be seen online at http://johnswankphotos.com.

To control quality, he prints every image himself, using archival quality inks and papers for each fine art print.
